What's the deal with GAC-FiServ.  I here they are going through the abstractor list and telling everyone that they can get COS's for $27.00 and at worst $37.00.  (at least in Missouri)  They say they have a company that will do any county, anywhere for $37.00.  So they consider this their price cap.  They are saying get on board or get dumped!!  I guess I will get dumped.  Any other experiences like this??
