Thanks David- I have done that too, all of my stuff worked with all the previous versions- same thing just a new version of PP, but it seems like my system doesn't like it this time- I have uninstalled and re-installed printer, paperport and scanner too- the scanner will work some of time, but poor quality and the printer prints solid black pages- runs through $35 print carts in no time that way!!
I'll keep trying, but PP version 10 is looking a lot better right now.
