Source of Title Forums: Another one bites the dust!

Anyone had any contact with American Security Title in Ohio? SOT number 3967.
Their number is disconnected, shocking!!! I would take them off SOT Robert, or put that red flag next to their name. Oh, yeah, of course they owe us money too.
I wish we could get some of these title and VM companies on retainer......I know it wouldn't happen, but I like the idea.
I'm ranting, however, it's only a few that ruin it for everyone. 99% of our clients are great and pay on time, then there are the 1% that it's like pulling teeth. We all have those clients. I'm sure that this would be a great topic in San Diego. I couldn't get a soap box big enough for this topic. LOL.
