Thank you Robert, we are looking at leasing at fair price an individual office with a door in a Real Estate firm in Dallas we do alot of business with. There will be no ABA. After speaking with one of our underwriters, he claims there is something in RESPA that says we must maintain a public access but we have not been able to find it. I was under the impression we needed of course all the separate machinery along with a door separating the title company from the production department of the firm.
