I have two things I don't understand. One, wouldn't the homeowner be liable somewhere; wouldn't there be some liability of fraud if he didn't list it on the loan application? Two, didn't Dan state the loan was on the search, but the document didn't fax over? Why are the searches written up, if they're not going to be looked at, or did I misinterpret what he'd said?
