We had an unpleasant experience with them.  Never paid about $900 worth of invoices, no one would talk to me.  Funny thing was I did them all twice because they were all "no finds" first time around (new mortgages not recorded yet).  About a month later rechecked them again FREE OF CHARGE.  Never got paid.  Also one of the girls there was very unpleasant to say the least to deal with (huffy, puffy, attitude).  Also know a searcher who got burnt for about $35,000 in copy fees on a large project they had her do.  Don't know Courthouse's side of the story on that one.  Companies can change and get their act together, but I would proceed with caution if you are going to work with them.
