I just found out I missed an open mortgage on a report yesterday.  They called me this morning, to have me check for this open mortgage as it appears on the customers credit report. I checked my notes, and I had noted it , but failed to include it in the report. I immedtialy amended the report and faxed it to them, I am now faxing them the copies of the deed of trust, that they requested. I made notes on when they called and what time I amended the report. Of course I sincerely apologized to them for this error. Is their anything else I need to do. I feel really bad about this. Thanks
