Before I get too far into this, I want to make it VERY clear that the company I work for runs 3 separate divisions. Two of these divisions provide title insurance to local customers and my division provides title products (searches, doc retrievals, etc.) to mostly out-of-state customers. Right now, we do all of our searching in the courthouse, and do not rely on any online searching. There is a meeting scheduled next week, however, in which one of our affiliates would like to discuss the possibility of using Laredo/Tapestry services to provide a 4-8 hour product to a few select customers. If you could share your experiences with these systems - inaccuracies, expense, limitations it would be greatly appreciated.
