We did work for them 6 months ago ($65 for 1 Current Owner), they have been in collections for 4 months. They sent me an order 3 weeks ago, I'm actually sorry it made it through processing and into my examiners hands before I caught it.
We did the search and returned it to them. They contacted our office about 3 days later (I'm glad I answered the phone), to ask for us to retype the abstract and obtain better copies. I made a comment about how funny it was that they were calling me for an order when I had been trying to contact them for several months. Anyhow, long story short.
They have made a phone call to my office everyday for the past 2 1/2 weeks requesting that we clarify our report, each time I tell the "customer service rep" that I will do that as soon as a member of their Accounting Department calls and speaks with me. I have not received a call from the Accounting Department but the CS reps call me everyday and I tell the same thing - no pay, no play, get lost and find somebody else to redo the report. I guess they can't find anybody because they still keep calling. I wonder if they need this report bad enough to pay me????? Doubtful.
