We seem to have problems with slow pay or non paying clients, since we discuss it on this forum.Since some of the people looking for abstractors may not always use the forum but may go to the directory only to recruit abstractors and never read all the forum messages. Why doesn't more abstractors report their experiences good and bad in the reviews so others can see them and save them from the same headaches others have had? It may even help some of us recoup some of our losses.
  I know that some of the non paying companies are not in the directory, but for one CONTEMPORARY REALTY SOLUTIONS is in there with only two negative reviews (mine is one of them.) I am sure there are at least twelve abstractors that have posted on this forum have payment issues with them.
  JUST AN AFTERTHOUGHT: Maybe SOT could work out a deal with  the companies with the negative reviews andf possibly rescinded the negative reviews if we receive payment? They try to negotiate with us to keep doing their work, why can't we negotiate with the review issue?
