About Jan's  post "revealing my age": Anyone had any experience with Doc Edge? We unfortunately, have a contract with them, but after testing them a few times for Deed retrievals, we found them to be about 40% inaccurate or just didn't have the online information we needed. Of course, we coudn't get out of their contract, so we lost. Just thought I'd ask. I know they are a sub of First American. I met one of their reps at a conference last year and she convinced us that their database was the greatest thing since sliced bread. She was really nice, but the company wasn't nice when I tried to get out of our contract.
