Hey All,
We wound up the NALTEA conference tonight and I have to mention that it was an excellent conference. For those of you who have been to conferences in the past, I would have to compare this one to Dallas. The speakers were all terrific! A lot of good information was presented on privacy rights, marketing, legal descriptions, and more...
There was some open discussion on topics such as diversifying service offerings, membership retention, attracting new members, holding regional events (Title Camps), etc. I think the new board definitely has some good ideas to take back and work on.
Speaking of the board... we held elections and had a change in the board and some officer positions. I'm not going to go into it all now, but I'm sure Jarrod will be posting a few articles about the conference soon. He took about 20 pages of notes and he is going over them now.
If you were there... share some of your thoughts on the conference. If you weren't, I hope you will like what everyone is saying about the conference and consider attending next year.
Best,
Robert A. Franco
