Michaela's situation is exactly why I always shoot a copy of the index as it represents the information if I find an error in the indexing, then I wait a few days and report it to the dept charged with making corrections, then I shoot the index once again after it has been corrected so I have both indexes for future reference. It seems as though the "new" people the clerks employ to enter the information to the indexes has a new set of indexing rules- I am surprised "Unknown" was the indexed word and not "The"!!! It is becoming increasingly more difficult to decipher how to run a name in the indexes because of the error ridden data input or even more of a problem is the document preparation by lenders that have no clue who the record owners really are- they just take the information supplied on the loan application and run with it- and wonder why their docs can't be found a month later!!
