That really does not answer the above questions. It would appear that you are asking abstractors to extend credit to you for a period of at least 60 days. There does not appear to be any offer to provide a credit rating for your firm in return. It would seem that you are simply asking the abstractors to trust you.
Correct me if I am wrong, but I seem to recall you assuring abstractors that your last employer never stiffed anyone. Yet we seem to have a number of abstractors now complaining that they are unable to secure payment for work they performed.
I do not think it is unreasonable for them not to want to make the same mistake twice. Are you prepared to offer them a security interest in your accounts receivable to assure payment to them? Another avenue that you may wish to explore is the extent to which you may be able to offer them stock in your corporation or a membership interest in your LLC as payment for their services rendered.
