Source of Title Forums: Mortgage Sats from out of business lenders! HELP

My name is Shannon I am a branch manager for a title company in Wisconsin. I have a customer with two open mortgages (according to register of deeds) that in actuality have been paid off but never satisfied. Has anyone heard of Washington Square Mortgage? If so any idea where to follow up on a sastisfaction? Any information would be great.
