I deal with the Oklahoma office and some of their staff is quite cordial, however their lead person is something else to deal with, very unprofessional! I have not been paid from LS since last year, so I called the OK office and they tell me I need to talk to the California office. I talked to the accounting department and they re-assured me that they sent out my check for Oct., Nov. and Dec. of last year, I tell them it is March, why only payment now? I kept on about none payment to the OK office because the Calif. office is hard to get anynone to answer the phone (that includes the OK office!!!!!!!!) so I was asked to e-mail someone in the OK office. The response I received from their superior (email me and I will give you his name!) was "get off your soap box already, you need to contact our Calif. office for payment", how rude I thought especially when we honor your orders and you have the audasity to talk to me like that!
Keep in mind that LS sends this guy all over the world and he drives a brand new $60,000+ Land Rover, but they can't pay us, something is wrong with this picture!
We have cut off all their orders until payment is received in full!
