How many of you have been approached by US Titile Solutions fka US Title Search and their letter stating they can't pay us abstractors until they re-group under the above referenced company, final payment being 2009?   Apparnetly they have an investor who has lost over $1,000,000 already and stuck anothr $500,000 into the pool to keep these guys going, hoping they can re-structure and pull out of their slump.   After reading their sob story about how they can't pay their abstractors for quite sometime, I find it difficult to believe a word they say, this is why.   I agreed to work with management and said I would do work for them only if checks we coming my way (they owe me over $4000) and they promised checks were going to be cut, however our outstanding balance will have to hold off for quite sometime.   Well, I called their office this last Friday to give someone information regarding a search we received and their office person convey that the entire office went to Florida for a trade show!   Is there something wrong with this picture including our clients priorities?
