Joseph: I had a similar situation with this company, and after reading the agreement, I could see no other avenue than to accept their offer, just because the losses were less , especially if they follow through with the new payment plan they outlined. So far since the February payment agreement went into effect- they have come through almost exactly as they stated- payment of new cases with in the 5 day time frame- such a relief to know that we will be getting paid for the work we have done instead of holding cases hostage just to extract a partial payment of the past due cases- some of mine were over a year old - but all seems to be working very favorably now- and since that is the case- I sure could handle some more work!!!
I don't know about the trip to Florida, but was asked for a quote on Friday so someone had to be in the office- no reply as of yet though- I also look forward to those scheduled payment months over the next two years too, hope they come in time to help out .
