That is a question that Kevin will have to address- but as far as this company is concerned, what has or is missing from all of these discussions is the fact that the old company - the one that owes us a lot of money- no longer exists- so suing them would be a mute point- and that was why most of us that agreed to the new company did so, just plain simple economics. There was no other logical avenue really- but we all are keeping close tabs on the payments from now on forward- the 5 day payment frame is working so far and that way there won't be any big losses to accumulate. There are very few operations that pay that well in this business, not even the regular settlement companies, they have to wait for the settlement to take place before the checks are cut.
