[-] WARNING: USLT aka U. S. Land Title out of GA - Michael Finley/FL (16 replies)
4/20/2007 3:19:23 AM (3513 views)

I have waited months to write this.  I wanted to give this company as much time as possible to pay me, but now it looks as though I will have to spread the work.  USLT aka U.S. Land Title out of Georga owes my company over $11,000.00 and they refuse to pay.  I have spoke with Reta Hampton CEO of the company and all she wants to know is who my lawyer is.  She also says that they only owe us $1,000.00.  (Even if you acknowledge that you owe my company that much....where's my check??? and I still want the other $10,035 you owe me Reta!!!!)

I have turned this matter over to a local collections company, but after many calls it finally looks like it is time to take legal action.  I have given them every opportunity to pay me before I wrote any dorogitory comments on our forum.  I don't post here much at all.  But this needed to be said.  We ended our business with them in early January and I am sending this warning out to all other abstractors to BEWARE of this Title Company's Payment Policy.
