I had one a few years ago where it was an apartment building that was renovated into a condo building and it took up a city block and each unit was described something like....from the point of the north side of the interior kitchen wall to the end of the right stove corner, thence to the bathroom exterior wall...

We had a good laugh at that one day....the building was gutted many years and a new description was never re-written for the condo renovations
