Thank you so much for your reply, it's nice to know I'm not the bad person some of these clients try to make you feel like you are. I did try to explain to her that checking the map does not always tell us without a doubt that the particular address they gave is in said county. We have one city in that area that can be in 1 of 4 counties depending on the adrress as it is so small, you can't pinpoint an address with 100% accuracy on a map, and I thought it was our job to check the county the client requested we do the search in so we can give accuate information to the client. I don't know about you, but I don't like to guess! Anyway, she didn't want to hear it, was to buzy trying to act like I was in the wrong even though they are the ones that gave the wrong info. Gotta love this business, it's the only one I've ever been in where you are expected to work for free and absorb the costs of the clients errors!
