WKBN 570-AM in Youngstown, OH is reporting that Governor Strickland's Office is stating that the Social Security Numbers for all Ohio State Employees were stolen last Saturday from a car break-in which had a laptop with all the info. 

I wonder if member of the State Legislature are also included in this database?  Could be interesting since the Credit Freeze Bill in Ohio is still pending.
