[-] Another India story.... - Candi Richter/NJ (11 replies)
6/22/2007 10:41:39 AM (2640 views)

So yesterday there I am in the county courthouse at 3:45 pm diligently working on bona fide orders from reputable (and paying) clients when my cell phone rings...I answer the call and have to ask "excuse me?" twice since the caller obviously has *not* in any way, shape or form mastered even part of the English language...the call went like this:

Caller in horrendous broken English "I have recor-curren-present owner search, need today, I have verbal by 4:30 and copies sended by 5- you do this right?"
(*sigh* keep it together Candi and *try* to not explode)
Me in of course excellent English (lol) "Yes we do record owners but could you tell me what company you are calling from please?"
Caller: "Infinity International, we are a *here is where I interrupt*
Me: "Ahh, well I'm not interested in doing your work"
Caller: *gasp* "un%&cking believeable" SLAM! goes the phone.

after I got done looking like a fool in the county cracking up laughing (have a bluetooth and long hair so can't tell I was on the phone - don't I look insane?)
I was appalled, the audacity to call us all (over and over - this is my THIRD call) and then gall to be shocked that I won't "do your work" when if you had it your way you'd be glad to run my a** out of the business....and then the absolute unprofessionalism of such langauage 'cause you are p**sed that I won't do your work. Imagine calling a client and telling them,"I did the work pay the f**king bill? Not one of us would do, we are professionals with ethics and morals...sometimes I just shake my head, seems like they let anyone into this field anymore.
Anyway, sorry about the rant just needed to and thought I would let everyone know that no matter what and how many times we shoot them down, Infinity won't learn *shakes head*
Thank goodness it's Friday! Have a great weekend everyone.
