I'm not too sure about how to work that out. It doesn't sound too complicated, but when your title rep is not an employee, it raises some concerns with RESPA, I think. Like I said I'm not too sure, but paying a non-employee to refer work your way, may be something to look into.
Also, I think that sales reps in Ohio have to be licensed. I haven't looked into that in a while, but I seem to recall that was required. That may make things more complicated. Is your company and underwriter willing to cooperate with all the licensing hoops?
There are definitely some things to consider. I would recommend talking to your underwriter about it. I'm sure if it is possible to work out they could best help you set it up.
