Ah, yes....firing clients! this is a REALLY tough thing for me to do because the work I take in supports so many abstractors. HOWEVER, you HAVE to draw the line. When I have a new client and I explain over and over again that here in Michigan we CANNOT do most of our work instantaneously and up north it can take 48 hours in good weather, but they keep calling me asking the same stupid question every 4 hours (question: when will we get this back? answer: have you looked at our turn-time sheet that you and everyone in your company was provided weeks ago?), it is a waste of my time and the people who help me run the office.
As for Infinity, they JUST do not give up, do they??? I think they believe we'll forget in between solicitations.... Or more likely, they have no system that keeps track of who WILL work for them.
BTW, does ANYONE here work for Infinity? Just curious.
