I am having trouble collecting from All American Escrow & Title out of Freeport, IL, for title searches done.  They wrote me a bad check in April & just made that one good last week.  But I am alittle nervous, cause they are not ordering from me anymore.... doing searches online records & I was told today, that they are going to merge with Security Title so they are sending all their searches to them for now.  Security Title does all their work online records too. 

Just wondering, who else out there has not being paid for searches, and what do they plan to do about it.  I am contemplating suing Desiree Wingert in small claims court.  Any advise or insight?
