This seems to be the best way to spead the word of warning.   APL  Warranty Title, who also has a listing on Source of Title isn't paying.   I'm an independent abstractor in Northern Minnesota.   Anita faxed me a request for some documents from this area in January, and I was more than willing to comply.  It's now the end of June and she still has not paid for them.   I've talked to her twice both times the check had been sent and must be lost in the mail.   What are the odds?   The second call she then said she would over night it UPS.   Being late Thursday when I talked with her I gave it a few days.  Benefit of the doubt so to speak.   UPS must have lost it also because still no check.   I've called the past 2 days and all I get is her voice mail.   She must have my number.   Just a word of warning.
Slow paying is one thing but no pay is unforgiveable.
