Okay. Here's my deal....

Got a foreclosure search (yuk). It was a two owner search with full copies and judgments, get a certified copy and then hold the certified until the attorney sends me a docket to file a foreclosure. When I get that, take it to the courthouse and have both recorded, in civil and land records, fax receipts to title company and go back a 3rd time to do an update. I charged them a total of $150 (this was 3 trips to the courthouse) and certification fees and copies were included in the $150. They are arguing with me about my fees, saying that the invoice is too high.  They were told in advance what my fee was and I have the name/extension of the lady I spoke with.

Am I wrong?
