I am an attorney and it is distressing to learn of your problem. My suggestion presumes that your work was done properly and promptly, and that you are able to document what you did. She knows what she owes you, and has not written that there were problems with your work, so there is no point to writing or calling.
You need to get her attention. File a claim in the local small claims court if your claim does not exceed the jurisdictional limit. You do not need an attorney for this. If it is more than the limit, you should get an attorney to file in the higher court. Don't waste any more time.
