Yeah, LandAmerica One Stop.  My contact was a MaryBeth something...I had done work for Nationwide Appraisals for several years and I was told LandAm took over the search side of things and I needed to do a new vendor package for them...so I requested one.  I was then told that there were already several abstractors in my areas and that unless my fees came in at $30 or less, that I would not get any of the work volume.....the current abstractor base had fees for current owners for between $25 and $35 and those fees included the cost of a deed copy and copies of any judgments found....
