I was wondering when the kool aid swallower from PA was going to wade into the conversation.
Scooter Libby's defense team in their opening statement to the jury said there client was a fall guy in the investigation. Since Mr Libby was the chief of staff to the VP and special assistant to the President for National Security Affairs the implication of libby's defense team was that Libby was talking the fall for his higher ups that had ordered the leaking of the identity of an undercover CIA agent. Bush issued the commutation to keep Libby
quiet about who ordered him to leak Valerie Plame's name. The President does not have the power to commit another crime in order to cover up the initial crime.
In the late 1990's Bush 41 made a speech in which he stated "that those
who leak the names of our intelligence assets are the MOST INSIDIOUS OF TRAITORS".
MR  PA aligns himself with those who outed the IDENTITY
OF A WOMAN WHO PUT HER LIFE ON THE LINE FOR HER COUNTRY. IN ANOTHER WORDS MR PERRY HAS CHOOSEN TO TAKE THE SIDE OF TRAITORS AND WE ALL KNOW WHAT SHOULD BE DONE TO TRAITORS.
