I, too, vote for Title Program Administrators.  I've done a lot of shopping around, and they had the best price and certainly the best customer service.  The renewal process has been painless every year AND THEY REMIND ME A MONTH AHEAD OF TIME!  Also, they can set you up to make 1 payment, 2 payments, or 4 payments depending on how you want to budget.  They always check multiple sources to get you the best rates, and are excellent about dealing with specific questions you may have. -- Alix
