Would a child support judgment that was filed to a particular
person 1 year before they bought a piece of property thru a Lender with a title search & PMM, attach itself to the new property???

He missed the judgment & his client notified him thier was a recent foreclosure started on the propety & since he did not report it he is liable. - dealing with Florida realestate.
