[-] A little frustrated here this a.m. - David Chisolm/MS (22 replies)

I know this way off the subject fo out Industry, but I had to vent about an accident I was involved in tonight. Last Monday I took Delivery of a 2008 X Type Jaguar. I had 1200 miles on it tonight when I pulled our of my driveway to go get sugar so i could enjoy my evening cup of tea. Almost to the store, about 4 miles away, and I GET PLOWED almost a direct head on lick on the left front driver side by a Heavy Duty Pick-up Truck hauling construction gear, driven by an Illegal Mexican and occupied by Illegal Mexicans. Nobody had a D.L. or the mandatory Insurance card in the vehicle, nor the registration. The Police arrive and they put the driver of the vehicle that hit me 100% at fault. Now, here is the kicker. THE DRIVER WAS NOT ISSUED ANY TICKET, e.g. Illegal Lane Travel, No D.L., disregard to a traffic device (They ran a red light), No Insurance, failure to yield right of way, NOTHING. I hang around, get a wresker and call my insurance company. Now, as soon as the dust settled and I gathered myself I had to get out of the passenger door, as my drivers door was now cabed in. I was pretty upset and did use some profanity, in both Spanish and English. I just woke up and had a voice mail on my home phone. It was frim the officer that worked the wreck advising me I need to come to the station in the a.m. as I have  a warrant for me for threatning tp do bodily harm and use of profane and indecent language in Public, from an affidavit SWORN OUT BY AN ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT. As a Marine I am always on the Deck at 0400 every day, and I have a good Attorney friend who also rises early. We will be at the station at 8:00 a.m. and I guess I'll post Bond and go to work so I can pay my near 40% taxes so this poor Illegal and the others can have Medical care and whatever else they require. They can also buy Gas to run amok and destroy vehicles bought and paid for by HONEST HARD WORKING AMERICANS. You Guy's forgive me here for going way off base, and at the same time thanks for letting me Vent. Oh Yeah one more thing. When the Officer responding to the scene discovered they were Illegal, I said are you gonna call INS and lock them up. No he replied, the Chief gave us specific instructions, to let them be, and ticketing them does no good as they do not show up for Court and INS takes to long to get them and he does not want the responsibility. Talk about Carte Blanche to do as you Please!! Makes me wish I was Illegal. Again sorry for getting off base and topic here/

Sincerley,

A VERY FRUSTRATED,

David Chisolm
