Be wary of Datatrace. Having worked with this program for 8 years now I have found since they are exporting the indexing work to the Phillipines, the ratio of mistakes has grown.  A Datatrace rep has consistantly told me that I needed to report the mistakes.  It may be a bad attitude but given what they charge for the searches, they should pay ME to report their errors!  I wish that were the case then I most likely would have a nice retirement nest egg by now.
