One of my biggest customers is using Datatrace for their orders now too.  One day the online system was down at one of my counties and all of the inhouse examiners for a local title company were at the courthouse searching.  When I asked why, they said their only other option was Datatrace. Said there were too many errors in the system and they would not use it.  When I mentioned the amount of errors to my customer, they told me they would use First American as their underwriter, and they would cover anything missing on the Datatrace search.  Needless to say, the only orders I am now getting from my former biggest customer are the really bad files that they can't figure out using Datatrace.
