FYI to all those to whom TitlesearchUSA owes money.  I was contacted by them to do a doc retrieval a couple of weeks ago.  When I explained that I had outstanding invoices dating back to 2005 with them, they not only paid me fully for the past-due invoices, but also pre-paid for the retrieval.  In "good faith" I invoiced them for the copy fees ($4.00) and am awaiting payment.  I'm not holding my breath, but they obviously are desperate to have people do their work so I may get lucky.  Good luck to you all!
