This question may have been answered, but I couldn't seem to find anything when I searched.  I was approached by the treasurer in my county because they have checks from Express Financial for tax certifications that have bounced.  When I told them they shut down they weren't very happy.  They were lucky that they were just for certifications and not tax payments.  Has anyone confirmed they filed bankruptcy ?  I thought I read on here that they had, but I wanted to double check before I passed on the info to the treasurer.
