Every month it is the same thing...(and I do work for attorneys) and it is the same ones over and over...slow..slow..slow in paying or wanting to question the amount for copies etc..to further giving them time to hold on to their money...but want their searches asap and calling you about where it is? It comes down to abstractors financing their real estate practice in paying 45-60 days after being billed. I have told one firm last week after billing them in mid Sept after the work was done and sent to them weeks before that that "You're Killing me, Smalls"..that is a direct quote from "The Sandlot" and is this sign of the times in this market...I am like Loretta..I am just plan sick of it and if a "Past Due" stamp works, I am ordering one today!
