Just rec'd doc retrieval order from Home Connects in Horsham, PA.  Called them, as have never worked for them, and they tell me they "use the same vendors" as ATM, although they are not affiliated with ATM.

Does anyone have any experience with this company?  Do they outsource to India, and do the pay timely?
