I am reviewing my E&O insurance and have a premium quote. Which should I get respect to coverage in I have not had this option before, the CEIL- "Claims Expenses inside the Limit of Liability or the CEOL- Claims Expenses outside the Limit of Liability?" The CEOL is the optional coverage of the limit of liability is NOT reduced by the payment of claims expenses. That premium is about $100 more but I am not sure if I need that given I am a one-woman show. The CEIL is the basic policy and the limit of the liability is reduced by the payment of the claims expenses...Any thoughts as to this and what do most people have? Also and am I reading this right? Thanks. Jean
