Does any have any inside scoop on these guys?  They are located in PA.  They have been a good client until just the last few months and now I can't seem to get their bookkeeper to return my phone calls/faxes/e-mails at all.  I thought I would give this forum one final shot for info before I begin collection procedures.  Input would be appreciated.  Thanks.
