As you can see from other posts, it doesn't seem to matter for some of these companies, whether you ask them what their payment policy is or what payment schedule you will accept, since they have no intention of paying you anyway. If she intended on paying me "when" the loan closed, I don't think she would have been so quick to reassign the new order. And what if the loan doesn't close? I guess I can "assume" that I won't get paid at all. I tend to give new customers the benefit of the doubt, or I should say I used to........
