Man...that sounds great. The French seem to have raised cooking to an at form.
I have never been to The Court of the Two Sisters either, but I have spoken to people who have. I am told that it is a very old establishment dating back to the early 1800's. I have heard that it was originally a "sporting house" for some well known figures, including Jean Lafitte and Jim Bowie. I have heard that there are commemorative plaques all over the place recounting interesting events that happened there.
