hey Lucy, I'm home........Barb, remember when I received that call from someone that wanted to send me a contract and he could hardly speak English...but his two line cover sheet was signed John Smith?  LOL  We must be the Dumb Americans. Seems a bit funny that these people need to rely on Us Dumb Americans to do their job.  Maybe we should learn a new language.
and speaking of the out sourcing..isn't it scary that China keeps sending underrated toys to the USA. Don't you think that the specs were in the contract for these toys and maybe this is a conspiracy to hurt Americans from the small guy up...children..by their health, and soon the biggest title company will have the only title plant of the nation and then sell it to another country...and as abstractors we are the little guy just trying to do our job but giving away our real estate unknowingly.  Pretty soon Wolfowitz's girlfriend will be foreclosing on us all. (lol) I don't mean to laugh about this whole sad situation but believe me, I don't see much really to laugh about but something tells me nothing smells right when it comes to the world trade/out sourcing plan and we all know that if you are the big guy..someone wants to pull you down.
