IMortgage responds - 74 days no payment - IMortgage Sucks!

I'm quite sure Ms. Schoenerman would NOT wait 70+ days for her paycheck. This is an email I received in response to my post 11/9/07 (Msg #220392) that I sent via their "contact us" link on their web site.

Hello Rebecca,
How are you? We have received your web comments below. It is important that we clarify for you our company policies and procedures since below it appears it's been very much misinterpreted, therefore making your comments across the internet misleading, incorrect, and posing our corporation in a negative light. Our standard payment procedure is as follows and can also be located on our website at the following link : http://www.imortgageservices.com/vendor_overview.aspx

Payment

At the end of each month, iMS compiles the work that was completed by each of our vendor partners during the month to calculate a monthly payment. Then one check is generated for each vendor partner in payment of their entire month's work. The work is compiled by the date all work required for the assignment was completed. These checks are cut the 15th of the following month. So on average, vendor partner payments are mailed 30-45 days post the 15th of the following month all work required was completed. iMS does not require that you submit invoices and will provide a statement detailing all orders paid with your monthly statement.

To further clarify, based on the closing that you completed on order number 270879286-90. An order is finalized and complete when the funds disburse. Since the loan disbursed in September which is out of our control and since it is required that a borrower have 3 days to rescind, unfortunately that did push you into the next billing cycle. Therefore, we then take all of your orders completed in the month of September to calculate a monthly payment. One check was generated on October 15th along with all of the other vendors we've cut checks for payment that month. From that point payments are mailed 30-45 days post October 15th. Your check was mailed this past Friday which is well within our payment procedure and 20 days ahead of the 30-45 day post Oct 15th deadline.

At this time we have deactivated your account because you have chosen to misrepresent our organization online. iMortgage Services has an impeccable reputation which has been upheld through our services and partnerships for over 7+ years. Your efforts to sabotage our name without proper understanding and the misuse and misrepresentation of trade, business, and confidential information is in violation of the vendor partner and confidentiality agreement that you signed and submitted on 9/4/07. Thank you for your time.

The following comments have been posted on every notary forum I could find. IMortgage, you should be ashamed of yourself!

IMortgage - what a joke. Just say NO! I accepted an assignment from IMortgage for a closing on August 31. Per company policy I was to be paid on the 15th of the following month. When I contacted IMortgage towards the end of September I was told that because the file did not fund until September my check would be cut on October 15th. I called IMortgage last week to inquire about my payment and was told "oh, we cut the checks on the 15th of every month but they don't get sent out on the 15th. After your check is cut, it could be another 30-45 days before it is mailed." WHAT? So hear I am still waiting for a payment from a title company I did a closing for 70 days ago. It must be nice to use other peoples money to fund your business. I've just about had it with slimy Pittsburgh, PA title companies. Did EFS start a new trend up there?
