On SOT's home page, it says:

"Source of Title currently has 1729 companies listed in our FREE on-line directory..."

So obviously there are many more members. How many are projected to attend the first conference in Ohio? Perhaps we should ask ourselves if it's fair to be making so many decisions at the conference in the absence of the majority of the SOT members.

Again I'd like to propose that we meet, present, sggest, network, and draw a blueprint for the organization, then post the result on SOT afterward where everyone can make informed decisions.

This eliminates the need for fees at that time, for votes of leadership roles, and extra expenses for possible changes in names, etc.
