I can't waste anymore time with this, obviously nothing is going to be agreed upon on this forum, and that is fine - it was intended to be a place to "discuss" the issues, NOT "decide" them. The time and place has been set for the conference, those who wish to attend to get the association formed - I will see you there.

Those who can't make it, I will try to post an overview of the events, you will have to wait and see what was accomplished and decide later if you want to join. I have high hopes that the association will be formed with the goal of bettering our industry and I hope all of you will be proud to join.

For those who do not WANT to attend, that is fine too, but don't complain that things got done without you. Everyone has the same opportunity to attend. The people who are really serious, will get the job done at the conference.

I am done with my part, I have used the Source of Title site to allow all of you a venue to speak out and have helped publicize the event. If you are serious about helping form an Association, please attend the conference.

I will continue to help out where necessary with posting of information and publicizing the event, but I will not be participating in the bickering that is going on here on this forum... I will save my input for the conference, for what its worth.

I encourage anyone who has an interest in the proposed association to attend, I believe it will be much more productive than the contents of this forum. Please don't let the "few" opinions and "rants" here discourage your participation in what should be a ground breaking event. There are a lot of people interested, remember the people who actually post here represent a minority in our field.

Best of luck.

Thanks,
Robert A. Franco
