Just wondering if any one ever got paid by Absolute? A few months ago I got an email address for them from their former employee, Wayne Shutt. Thanks Wayne.

I wrote them at that email address explaining that I was going to have to bring FEMA/SBA into the situation as the services I performed for Absolute arose out of the contracts they had obtained from the Feds because of Katrina. Absolute was super fast with a request that I send them my final invoice. I did, three times. Never heard a word back.

Now I'm going to contact FEMA/SBA about this rather large bill. I suspect Absolute will be looking at much more than bad debts. I am of the opinion that fraud charges may be presented. A couple of weeks back the FBI raided one south Mississippi Chancery Office looking for unspecified items concerning fraud cases out of Katrina. More raids were said to be expected. There were four New York Companies that got the FEMA/SBA business. Absolute and CMS forgot to pay abstractors and court clerks. Tycor and Resource actualy did the jobs well and met their obigations to the best of my knowledge.

Has anyone had any success with Absolute?
